What are we recruiting for?

We are recruiting for a chemical laboratory manager to oversee the Chemical Laboratory and QC support areas. This role ensures compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements, manages laboratory operations, approves test methods and batch release documents, and drives continuous improvement across the site’s manufacturing and quality processes.

What will you be doing?

• Lead and manage the Chemical Laboratory and QC support teams.
• Ensure all laboratory and QC activities comply with GMP, corporate procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee and prioritize lab operations, ensuring timely and accurate testing, review, and release of raw materials, in-process controls, finished products, and stability studies.
• Approve test methods, specifications, validation protocols, and reports in line with regulatory standards.
• Review and authorize Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and batch release documentation.
• Manage resource planning, laboratory budgeting, and team performance to achieve operational KPIs efficiently.
• Maintain laboratory safety standards, conduct regular audits, and ensure adherence to EHS policies.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Oversee QC support activities, including equipment management, procurement, inventory, and CSV compliance.
• Lead Quality Management responsibilities in QC, covering OOS, events, deviations, CAPAs, PQRs, and related activities.
