What are we recruiting for?

As a Commercial Manager – MRO, you’ll take full ownership of the commercial lifecycle — from bid and negotiation to contract execution and completion. Working at the forefront of aviation innovation, you’ll shape the commercial success of complex, high-value maintenance programmes that support customers who serve, protect and save lives.

What will you be doing?

• Lead the preparation of compelling quotations for maintenance activities.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage robust commercial agreements.
• Oversee contract delivery, ensuring compliance and performance excellence.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Production, Maintenance, Finance, and beyond.
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial practices and reporting

What will you bring to the party?

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid background in commercial or contract management roles.
• Deep understanding of MRO environments and Part 145/CAMO regulations.
• Track record of leading successful negotiations and managing contract profitability.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset
