What are we recruiting for?

Reporting directly to the CEO, the President of Clinical leads the strategic, operational, and commercial execution of the company’s Clinical segment. This role carries full P&L responsibility and is instrumental in defining the long-term vision, driving revenue growth, and shaping the organization’s position in the clinical technology and services space. The President is a seasoned executive with expertise spanning advisory, services, customized technology, and software delivery, ideally with experience in the Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) domain and servicing Pharma and CRO clients. As a business within a business, the Clinical segment requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with strong commercial acumen, operational discipline, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

What will you be doing?

  • Defining and executing the strategic direction of the Clinical segment, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and market demands
  • Leading commercial efforts by setting clear targets and driving performance across customer retention, expansion, and new business acquisition
  • Overseeing daily operations and service delivery excellence, with a focus on scalability, project efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Managing financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization through data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking
  • Building and mentoring a high-impact leadership team across commercial, operations, and technology, fostering a results-oriented and collaborative culture
  • Enhancing the Clinical division’s market presence by engaging with key clients, industry influencers, and partners to solidify the company’s reputation and value proposition
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration with internal departments such as Finance, People & Culture, and Technology to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Supporting M&A activities by assessing opportunities, leading integration, and aligning new capabilities with the Clinical strategy
  • Upholding compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring all operations are conducted with the highest standards of security, professionalism, and diligence
