What are we recruiting for?

Lead and manage all maintenance activities related to industrial equipment across production departments, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role is critical in maintaining equipment in a state of readiness that supports both routine manufacturing and evolving product development needs. The role also focuses on driving equipment improvements, maximizing uptime, and ensuring systems remain current with technological and compliance standards.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee and execute maintenance activities for all industrial equipment within production areas to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure all equipment operates safely, reliably, and in compliance with cGMP, quality, and environmental standards.
• Lead initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency, including the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, identifying training needs and supporting skill development, including emergency response preparedness.
• Monitor and coordinate preventive maintenance, periodic calibrations, and continuous equipment optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with the Reliability Engineer to define, review, and update maintenance plans in alignment with site goals.
• Actively participate in technical and capital projects, supporting project execution and equipment upgrades in partnership with the Engineering Manager.
• Track and improve maintenance KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making and performance transparency.
• Manage and optimize the maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining equipment integrity.
• Contribute to the development of short- and long-term capital expenditure (CapEx) plans and investment strategies.
