What are we recruiting for?
Join a busy Project Delivery team where you’ll manage and develop key customer accounts while supporting the delivery of projects from start to finish. This role suits someone organised, confident with customers, and comfortable coordinating people, tasks and information to keep projects running smoothly.
What will you be doing?
- Build strong working relationships with customers, internal teams and suppliers.
- Support account planning and help deliver profit targets on assigned accounts.
- Coordinate resources, activities and project information to ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Define project requirements, track progress, manage changes and resolve issues as they arise.
- Act as the central point of contact, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring customer needs are met throughout each project.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports and project records.
- Contribute to improving project workflows and supporting process efficiency.
