At lift®, we’re not just building a platform, we’re redefining how data powers performance in the iGaming world. As a Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our global growth, taking our category-defining platform to new markets and helping our clients unlock next-level results.

This is your chance to lead from the front, build meaningful relationships with leading operators, affiliate networks, and agencies, and become a driving force behind a high-growth tech business.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the charge in identifying and closing global deals with iGaming operators, media agencies, and affiliate networks.
  • Be the trusted face of Lift DSP, delivering compelling demos and tailored proposals that speak to each client’s goals.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently exceed your sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Represent Lift at major international conferences and industry events, building our presence and your profile.
  • Feed insights from clients and the market back into our product and marketing strategy.

What will you bring to the party?

  • Proven B2B sales experience in iGaming, AdTech, MarTech, or digital media
  • A strong understanding of programmatic advertisingSaaS, and audience data
  • Experience managing complex, long sales cycles and engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A global mindset, with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Existing network in the iGaming or performance marketing world (big plus!)
  • Willingness to travel for key meetings and major industry events
